I wasn't tracking this series until just before it came on. My son and I are loving it (helps to DVR since it comes on past my bedtime).
Yeah, it's a zombie series, but there are some good points (and bad) to highlight from a "tactical" perspective. I'm just enjoying a TV series that is really well done and I hope it gains a lot of traction (I love the apocalypse and zombie/scifi stuff).
I have enough arms, ammo, blades and gear to outfit a platoon...but the idea of suppressors is a good one; silence is a big advantage even if the scenario doesn't include zombies:thumbup:
Another aspect is why you always want a "go-bag" or "bug-out-bag" and keep it close to you as much as possible. Zombies just give us an entertaining analogy of why being prepared is important for those unexpected moments.
