What to do about a Bali-Yo manufacturing problem/issue?

I've got a red white and blue Bali-Yo that is kinda messed up on opening. The red bar hangs/catches. I've taken it apart and the hole for it looks like it accidentally was made too wide and so some plastic ended up jutting up around the rim of the hole, if this makes sense to you (I can try and get some pictures if necessary, but it might be hard to photograph). This causes it to catch, so I'm wondering what I need to do to get it replaced/fixed? Am I supposed to send it to the regular Spyderco warranty department?

Thanks!

And I guess while this topic is up, has anyone else had similar problems? Is this something that has already been brought to Spyderco's attention and I'm just a bit late to do anything with mine (I've had it for a bit, but never got around to getting the problem solved)?

P.S.: I think the Bali-Yo is great! I just wanna get me one that doesn't have this little problem :D

Yes, please send it in to W&R and we'll take a look. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
