what to do about terz c15?

hey guys i got this first production run c15 a few months ago off the bay and the guy described it as 97% or something like that. when i got it i was overall satisfied, the knife is from 1990, there is just one thing that worries me and that is the coating loss on a couple of the screw heads ( i think you can see it in the pics).the two screw heads with the worse loss actually look copper or reddish colored to me. i dont think it is rust at all. just wondering if there is anything i can or should do to prevent it from getting worse or perhaps fixing the problem. take a look at the pix and let me know what you think.

I would leave it be, as long as you leave it in the box I don't see how the finish could further wear. If its just a safe queen I would not alter it by refinishing the screws. If you are using it, it doesn't rally matter.
