What to do after you found the pefect knife?

Do any of you guys have this problem? I bought a T bar K custom D/A about a month ago. I love it so much I can't bring my self to buy another knife. I only buy knives to EDC and then I would see a better one down the road and so on and so on........ I can't see finding a better EDC (for me) than this one. Is this the end of the road for knife buying for me:( This knife is perfect for my tastes. It's slim, I love the blade style, and it just feels right in the hand. A very well made knife, It's got a ton of character.:D

There is no "Holy Grail" knife for the true Knife Nut!

It will satisfy you for awhile and then you will see the next "have to have" knife!

That one is pretty nice--good find.:thumbup:
 
Well.I think you should try all other knives at least once before you hang up the collecting hat.That's what I do anyway.:D

After you found the perfect knife you just perfect your sharpening it and cutting with it.
 
Lord I wish I could find the perfect knife! Oh wait, I have! At least 100 times! ;)
 
I understand what you mean Kodiak. I find it hard to leave the house without my wharncliff copperlock. I love that T bar K. I have thought of sending them mine for conversion. The filework is very nice.

I have found the perfect knife 2-3 hundred times. Bought them all.:D Just foung another this morning.

Funny you should say that. The knife came with an edge I didn't like. I had to reprofile it. I don't do It very well. I hold a flat diamond block up to my sharpmaker. 30 deg. I do have to get it better.

I sure love this knife. Thanks guys.
 
Congratulations on finding your perfect knife. Now buy a backup, a backup for the backup, and one just to keep on the shelf and look at.
 
As we all know it wont take long for someone to come out with something NEW! GOOD LUCK if that is the last knife you buy! Kevin:D:D:D

For me there can't only be one. I also only buy knives to EDC, but I often change what I carry depending on the day's activities. So I'd need half a dozen, each perfect for the activity at hand. Not gonna happen. (Thank goodness!)
 
I think that searching for the perfect knife IS half the fun!! IF such a knife existed, then I guess I would be done.....for that moment!! LOL!
 
I have been looking for "THE'' perfect knife for over forty years now, found one then another, then another, now I have this.
