What to do to my ZT 0561 next?

Purple knows what he's talkin about. But i would suggest some pattern in the anodized Ti.
I've definitely seen a few of those "abortions" that were mentioned earlier too.
I think acid washing looks great, especially on a blade that is gonna be used alot.
I really appreciate the guys on this forum who take the time and learn to do it right.
Take your time and figure out exactly what you want.
And hey...you can always blast it or anodize it again.
 
Hey guys, I just want to express my gratitude for all of the advice you have sent my way.

At this point, I'd say eventually acid washing/stone washing the blade is a definite. I'd like to it myself but I'll certainly need some practice runs first.
I would also really like a copper clip but I'd need to get that custom made and I think it would bend too easily since copper is a relatively soft metal.
Carbidizing the lock bar is also on my list but I really have no idea who to contact about that one.
As far as getting the titanium anodized... well, I found some pics of a Hinderer pen with probably the cooling coloration I've ever seen. Sort of purple/blue/bronze pattern. Not sure if anyone out there is capable of doing something similar but if there is I would certainly like to know. And if that were the case I'd probably get a matching Ti clip and standoffs (if they're ever produced).

At any rate, if anyone has info about where to have carbidizing and Ti anodizing done, please let me know.
