What to Do When Your Door Handle Breaks on Friday Night

I was just so happy I was able to get this fixed without spending money on parts that I had to share.
It actually stopped working the night before but I didn't know why until I took the door apart again. I had the door panels off for a few days to put in sound deadening and install a stereo and speakers. the handle worked perfectly all that time but the instant I put the door panel back on I go to try the handle and it just melts in my hand. I thought What the F***! Ran out of time Thurs to look at it so I lived with rolling down the window to open from outside till Friday. I used some 1084 to make a couple of the parts.

How cool would some damascus door handles look on a show car or how about some motorcycle parts. Damascus brake and clutch handles, stuff like that.
