It appears that my 41MC (140 dollars) and Elizabeth's Bottlefly and glowsticks (35 dollars) have been lost....the 41MC was more than a third of my life savings....so this is pretty disturbing ontop of an already bad week of nonstop studying...

It was normal UPS delivery from Newgraham....what do I do next?

I don't mean to be unkind but....if you honestly don't know how to proceed on your own without posting here on the forum...well....all I will say is I wish you the best of luck. I hope everything works out for you.

Don't Panic !!!!!

First of all, how long has it been, and have you called New Graham about it? These guys are as reliable as they get, even if UPS slips up from time to time.

There should be some kind of tracking to give the boys in brown a clue what they did with it.

Contact UPS. Hey, stuff happens & I feel for ya! Was it insured? Always pay extra for Insurance if it is a high dollar amount, Always! Good Luck to ya!

Thanks guys...Elizabeth was planning on calling newgraham and ups tomorrow....just don't have time to deal with it right now....study a good 12 hours a day at this point...can hardly think anymore....

Don't worry. It's the seller's responsibility to insure it. Even if they refused (which they won't), all you'd have to do is call the cc company and it's done. You are fine.

Do you have the UPS tracking number? If so, call UPS or check their website and see what they say about the package.

The first time I ever ordered from NGK, the order took something like 27 days to get here (via USPS Priority Mail). I asked Mike about it and even though I told him not to worry about it (it had only been a week or so at that point), he took it upon himself to contact the post office and try to hunt the package down. He was pretty diligent in his efforts and The package eventually showed up of its own accord (without any help or explanation from the P.O.), but I appreciated the fact that Mike went the extra mile for me without even knowing me and since then I have had many problem-free transactions with NGK.

The thing that saves you is that there should be a tracking number attached to a UPS shipment. If it was first class mail without any sort of number attached to it, then you'd just have to sit around and hope that it showed up.

AM, order shipped Friday, UPS ground. UPS says package delivered today 3:38PM. If this is not correct, please contact me.
Regards, Mike

Thanks guys, elizabeth just called and said the knives were in. I was pretty concerned there for awhile.....unfortunately, the knives are the least of my concerns right now...

I am a big fan of newgraham

 Happy to hear it all worked out.....a a phone call some patience will usually solve most of these kind of problems.

-Regards
