What to load my M-1 with?

If I were to use a Maxped M-1 pouch teamed with a SS Nalgene/SS nesting cup in a Rolly Polly and an ESEE-4, what would you suggest I try to stuff in the pouch?

This would be just a grab and go hiking item to keep in the car or to grab and throw on before leaving camp.
