What topics should be covered at the Beckerhead Gathering at Ethan's in October?

Anyone wanting to learn how to sit by the fire and drink Black & Tan whilst bullshitting with buds is welcome to attend my class.
 
Is that a Friday or Saturday class Trade? I was hoping to attend Moose's "How to un-drink like a moose" class on friday.
 
I'll be in attendance for sure Trade, probably will attend the entire semester. If you have any more big knife tricks that you'll share, that'd be good too.

I've actually really wanted to try the bamboo saw for a while, but all the crap I have is still 'wet.'
