Well even though I own a bunch of them I just never carry a Trapper,I don't like the spey blade and it just doesn't suit my needs.

I never could get on with the canoe pattern... don't know why.
I have grown to like trappers.....
small peanuts and pen knives are not much use to me... with my big hands, I would be cutting myself all the time.
I have to have a knife that is at least 3.5 inches, ideally 4 inches... otherwise I cannot hold it properly, mind you, some small fixed blades with a nice big choil I find very comfortable to use.
