Like the thread says...
My first is my BK-11. I was paging through knives at Amazon and saw the catchy "Becker Necker" name and it caught my eye. Like most purchases, I passed on it and let it stew for a few days, but as I was serving that self-imposed waiting period (too see if I really want/need something), I began discovering things I could use a bit sturdier EDC knife for. Sure, I carry a folder everywhere I go, but this knife was calling my name, so I was rationalizing needing a neck knife for concealed carry, small prying jobs, cutting up heavy cardboard, and trimming back small branches around the hacienda.
I went back to Amazon after a couple of days and immediately found the set with the micarta scales and plastic sheath/belt clip. Cha-ching! It was mine and when it came I was impressed by the heft for such a small, yet sturdy blade. I was taken with the uniqueness of the drop point blade profile (My first of those as well), and it had a pretty decent edge to it right out of the box. Shortly after getting that knife, I picked up an LMF-II and shortly after that, I realized what I really needed was another Becker, and so the saga began...
So that's my story and I'm sticking to it. The knife is still stock, nothing unique, but certainly special as it's the one that started it all. Post your story of how you got started down the road to Beckerdom and post a pic of that first love. I'm sure I'm not the only one that wants to see!
