Well...I got several knives the two weeks before Christmas but the last one came on Christmas Eve and it was a BK-11 with micarta scales. Not sure what the first knife this year will be...maybe a HEST/F or maybe a new ESEE-4S-CP, I need one with the new logo on it so I sold the old one to a friend who makes sheaths so I'd have a good excuse to get it

First knives haven't happened yet, T.V. had to be replaced (guess a plasma's good for about 4 years... repair costs exceed what an "older" new one runs)

The first knife of 2011 will be a hest folder unless its delayed more.

my last knives for 2010 were a custom EDC/Utility knife from Mitchell Knives, in ATS 34 with his "Rorschach" finish. being worn horizontally at 9:00 right now. the blade is 2 7/8" overall, which is perfect because my county prohibits concealed carry of any knife with a blade over 3"

and i also received two from Landi. a PSK with orange G10 scales and orange kydex sheath, and a Bushcrafter with orange dyed, stabilized spalted birch scales.

first knife for 2011 will probably be my HEST/F LE... whenever it gets here.

however, you never know...there's a knife show in two weeks.

First in '11 will be a Becker/Ritter or a Ratmandeux ll whichever gets here first.

Probably followed by an ESEE-4 and/or Junglas.
