We have yet decide what the final dial color will be for our upcoming entry level Minuteman watch model. So we thought we would ask for suggestions from you fine folks.

For sure we will offer the black and blue versions.

But we are looking for something to replace the white dial. What color would you most like to see?

fyi We have asked for renderings in Mossy green (Actually we asked for green and the designer suggested that particular one.) and Coyote tan (Which might be in keeping with our military vibe. Not sure how it would actually look yet.) to see what those look like.

For those that don't know 25% of the profit from each Minuteman product we sell goes to charities that assist veterans.

I'm partial to red dials and yellow dials. Wouldn't mind seeing orange either. Movado does a nice job with those colors on their 800 series of watches.

I'd say orange or green. That black with the darker bezel is mighty fine looking though.

You know we were going to just start with brushed stainless and if things where well received add black PVD. But you are rite it looks pretty darn good in black. So we might offer them sooner in that.

The blue just looks like it needs a Star of Life symbol on it with that particular shade of blue to me. Red I tend to associate with the fire service and tend to expect to see a maltese cross on. Actually that's what most believe it is, when in fact it's a saint florian cross that we typically use but a maltese will get you more results (fun little fact I find interesting). Green and Tan I tend to associate with military more, I am leaning towards the tan as I think the hands may stick out more and make it easier to read.

But I am a fan of black dials with white hands or some other combination that is very easy to read.

I was going to say brushed steel, but saw that you mentioned it. Nice looking watches!

For sure we are doing blue which has been the most popular of what we have shown. Also we will be doing black. White the problem is that it just does not work well with white lume. We really feel the watches should have lume.

Though we may yet offer a white dial with black numbers which would be easy to read but would not have lume.

My feeling is though that we would do better with another color in lieu of the white which has lume.

I'll be the oddball here, and recommend Grey. I like Grey with light colored digits/hands--It seems unique to me, and is just classy IMO.

I am starting to see a pattern from our various social for grey or silver. I wonder wonder what a smoke grey might look like.

Black, dark green or dark brown with white contrasting hands - so us older guys can read what time it is on the watch....

best

Can you do a reverse lum? Black numbers with white dial but make the white dial all lum. If not I would say maroon dial.
