My favorite. June 14th, 1945 (had this checked by Omega's John Diethelm) delivered to the Royal Air Force. Restored it myself - someone had polished the brushed case, the dial missed several painted indexes and part of the painted minute-track, the movement's balance was bent out of shape - with all the luck of the world I DID manage to find an exactly matching replacement that was pristine, and finally I got it running within 2 seconds a day.
It does what it promises. Nothing more, nothing less. By restoring it, I more than doubled its value.
seiko titanium kinetic watch. and since 2 weeks a casio pathfinder paw 1500 titanium.
I will upgrade to omega this year. But it should be titanium it's a perfect fit with a crk titanium knife
wenger, seiko, and citizen watches with sapphire crystals for me.
i have been thinking about picking up something different though. i have been doing research for a while now.
if you are the type of person that works hard or could easily hit it on something frequently, make sure your
watch has a sapphire crystal. it will raise the price of the watch a good amount, but it will last (without scratches on the crystal)
for a very long time. well worth the price difference from mineral crystal, etc..
I had to make a decision, a nice watch or a sebenza ???..............I bought the sebenza and I ask my wife what time it is !!!....... I think I made the right choice
For me it's either my Sinn 757 DIAPAL, Rolex Explorer II (white dial) or my Panerai 176 in Titanium. If I had to pick one, it would be the Titanium Panerai. Both it and my Sebenza are simple and purpose driven.
