What watch do you wear?

Video review of my new watch.

Wearing a nice Breitling, these days. One of those auto-winders (a/c steel and gold band).

Wife bought it after I retired from USAF; as it is a special gift, it has pretty much become my regular timepiece.

I've been sporting this Bertucci A2T in titanium. I really like the integrated band bars that do away with the pins.

I've worn a casio gshock gw-530a for 24 hours a day for the past 3 years and off and on before that- still Goin strong, I love it

My dress watch is a purtty skeleton face automatic watch- I don't "dress" very much so it's only been worn Afew times

Sinn 856 for me. Love this watch. Alternating positions at night depending on what it did during the day, I keep her +/- 2 seconds!

The people who consider using a phone for time as the modern way are a bit humourous when you consider how men's wrist watch came about. People realised it was much faster to look at your wrist than to pull out the pocket watch, but somehow people are going back to the old method of digging something out of your pocket to check the time.

It fits with the modern pathological obsession with mobile phones that most people have now days. It seems most people think their phone is their life.

Another advantage of a wrist watch is that the battery lasts more than 3 days without charging.

I'm wearing a Citizen Eco Drive divers on a NATO strap.

In this day it's a bit old school to wear a watch - but I appreciate the inner workings of a mechanical watch. A self-winding or hand-wound watch has got a lot more soul than a cell phone.

Like the cartoon I saw where the father noticing that his son was having a hard time hearing on his cell phone said that he should invent a free standing room big enough to stand in with a door you could close to shut out external noise that you could go in to make phone calls, I should sell chains that you could attach to your belt loop and then you would be able to pull out your cell phone easily when you wanted to check the time.

You mean my celly isnt my life? :(

PS. I prefer a pocket watch over a wrist watch, my only top shelf time piece is a Zenith pocket watch made in 1920. :)
