it's just numbers to be deeper than the usual 200m, but in feet.

there's an ebay seller that is the...I'm gonna call it the scratch and dent / factory refurbished for citizen and bulova and couple of citizens other brands. it's out of Texas.

it's hit and miss when models ya might want pop up, but they do and are super cheap. they run the citizen under one ebay name and the bulova under another. although sometimes there is some crossing of brands per seller name they used. if interested let me know and I'll forward you the sellers names they use...
