What watch do you wear?

This Bulova Accutron the watch I've had the longest. Bought it while in high school, mid 70"s

didn't know anything about this brand. i see this brand has a waiting list setup. I won't play those games myself. they don't look bad and some nice features for the prices that I see on their website. so how long did you have to wait on the waiting list til ya got the 2 you've shown here? now I'm curious how they're playing this game.......

It’s pretty straightforward really. You jump on the list, no money down, and they contact you when your turn comes up. You receive a code to access the sale site and have 48 hours to pick your options. If you pass, they move on to next in line.

It’s a good value and build quality direct from them but I wouldn’t pay aftermarket.

I waited 1.5 years on the first and almost two on the second. I just got on the list and forgot about it until it was my time.

That's far easier than buying a Rolex. No buying Jewelry 6-7x a year with begging or pleading needed!

It used to be traditional for companies to give long time employees a watch upon retirement. That tradition is long gone, but I'm a long time employee who is laying down the slide rule, so I bought myself a watch.
This is the 37 mm version. The regular version is 44 mm. I've had a 44mm watch before, and did not like it because it's just too much watch on my arm. This smaller one, I like.

Congrats on retirement! They most likely would have picked a much lesser watch had the tradition been carried on.
