What watch do you wear?

I love that 5170G 🥰
I was lucky to get it brand new from the flagship store in Singapore Dec 2019. It was "officially" discontinued a while back.
What really pushed me over the edge was a fantastic video on 'Dinkee called "Three on Three"

The Dato still wins hands down for "depth", but that sadly translates to a small hockey-puck on the wrist. This is not a slight at the Datgo in anyway, it's just I like to have my French cuffs in a comfortable way, and too thick at time piece would be less than comfortable.

Patek wins when it comes to complicated and thin movements, but the trade off is having a typical power reserve. Other independents can offer more than 55-60 hrs but then they are thicker pieces.

The jumping minute sub-dial is wonderful to watch in action though!!

I used to exclusively use NATO's when I was wearing Timex quarts watches, but that changed after getting my Seiko automatic.
It weighs more requiring a tighter fit to keep the watch from shifting around on my wrist, and I just couldn't tighten a NATO down comfortably.

I soon switched to the silicon 2 piece straps from NATO Strap co and have been extremely happy with them, I can completely forget I'm wearing a watch at all which I couldn't even do with the Timex's I wore before.

I did recently have one split at the spring bar after just a couple months of wear , but I don't know if that was a fluke or not.
If it wasn't and this orange one does it, I'll be looking for suggestions.
