$20 Walmart Casio. Had it for at least seven years and changed the battery at least once.

we need to get ya a gshockQuick update: Still carrying this, still tethered to my belt loop on the same piece of paracord. Last battery change I messed something up, so it no longer lights up when I push the side button. For several weeks or maybe a month or two, my neural pathway for turning the light on to check it in the dark was still present, but I finally got the hint to stick, and my software no longer calls that broken line of code.
casio makes good stuff...even their entry level stuff is good quality.Too rich for my blood. I've made $20 last almost ten years, I think that's hard to beat.

I didn’t notice your previous quote above until you made this post. Thank you for the kind offer, and the even kinder nickname (). I couldn’t accept a watch from you. Whatever you send would be too nice for me and not properly appreciated.
What if I can find my pocket watch that I got not long ago but never use?If I have a watch I’m removing the band and attaching it to my belt loop. Wrist wear is not for this guy
