I like a field watch that's not tiny, and I like to see it on an oyster bracelet. A lot of field watches don't have lugs to match a bracelet.

Agreed. I have been very with that Hamilton. I debated between the 38mm and the 42mm, and I'm glad I went with the latter. In addition to the details you point out, it has quite good reserve performance, clean and simple to read, is very comfortable on the wrist and the dial etching really looks great in different lighting.

I really like the older quartz Omegas. Classic design and bomb-proof movement. This is my 2265.80 on which I swapped out the chrome bezel with the blue. I have the OEM bracelet for it but could never get a proper fit; either too loose or too tight so I have this on a Uncle Seiko one which fits nearly perfect. Sword hands are a bit more legible than the skeleton ones.

Yes. I love this watch. It’s the 104 St Sa on their H-link bracelet. I sold my beloved king khaki day date when I got this because I never wanted to put the Hamilton on again
