What watch for today’s adventurer?

IMHO one of the Garmin or other brand GPS watches. If I am lost on an adventure I don't really care so much about what time it is, but where I am and how to get to where I need to be. Although a Rolex can be used as currency and that may come in handy or it may get you killed.
 
I have a few watches. 42mm Bertucci, polycarbonate Unibody case, on a rubber strap. Seems to be my go to.
Citizen eco drive is slick but heavy.
