Both the bike and the trike were made life sized. The guy who made them used buckeye for the tires and manzanita for most of the rest of the bikes. They actually roll and the handlebars and front wheels turn.
One of the bikes was made a few years back for a high end coffee shop in the SF Bay area. They are pretty expensive though. If I remember correctly the last bike sold for around $4000. Neither of these have a price tag on them. A lot of the pieces this guy makes my boss keeps for himself or for display.
