What weight paracord does Strider use to wrap its knives?

I guess the question says it all. I read a while back that Strider is now using thinner paracord than before. I need to wrap a knife and don't know if I should use 450 or 550.
 
I was only aware of 550. I believe that is what they use but they remove the inner parts first. But then I'm only going by what I believe I remember reading a while back.
 
We normally use 7 strand mil-spec 550 aka suspension line aka para cord. There have been times when we were short and have used 5 strand as well. Also, the 5 strand has been used where a smaller handle was desired.
Curently, we still use 7 strand mil-spec and 7 strand civilian. None of that wierd rats nest looking crap!
