Here's the Buck Knife I used last year... The real thick 9" carving one from "The Empress Trio Set" ... I used it for Birthday cakes too...

I'm happy to hear that you found a use for that one. I didn't get a chance to use anything. All the ham, turkey and other meats were already carved and ready to serve by the time I arrived.
