That is exactly the combination I wanted.
Snakeskin and DC. Or snakesin and sation, but DC was my preference.
I suspect that part of the problem is that it would reduce the appeal of the LE.
I also assume that DC and satin are harder to apply with the corrugations, which I assume is why they are nto offered, except satin on the LE - which lacks the corrugations from what I can see.
I personally I like the corrugations, but would be happy to lose them for DC.
The thing about DC is that you can have a user, which can still be made to look pretty by the owner, after use, if they so desire, as they can probably polish out a lot of the wear marks/scratches.
With the crinkel finishes this seems less possible.
See I want it both ways - I want to use it and have it pretty, and I am too poor for two of 'em.
And anyway steel that looks like steel is nice.
I was thinking about Urban Grey as a sort of look alike.
I have seen some nice looking photos ofg Urban grey and snakesskin, but it is really hard to tell exactly how the urban grey would look.
In some photos it looks great.
In others I am underwhelmed and it does nto look good at all.
Oh Boss Hogg, please let us have DC.
Life is hard enough without having to make these choices and compromises!
