what would you do with a 2HP motor?

well if it were me I would be upgrading from my 1.5 hp to the 2.0 which I should have done in the first place :D

but in your situation without a doubt hands down, I'd build a disc grinder.. all the way, multi purpose and you may find yourself using that more than not..
 
I would send it to me so I can build another grinder....We all know Sam doesnt grind anyway...sheesh. I agree with the disc sander idea!!!!

Whatever you do with it Sam, i am sure it will be cool, Pics or it didn't happen...
 
If it's C face and single phase I'd buy it, I need one for the press I'm building :P But ya, lots of things you can make with it, some good suggestions here.
