What would you do with this?

Well, a month long soak in Neatsfoot oil followed by three weeks in clamps hasn't got it flattened out yet. I'm going to give it another week, then stuff it back it its box and forget it for a year or two.
 
I had the same issue, but was advised by @Bill DeShivs on how to heat them up
and clamp them.

Worked great!
 
Kerosene and neatsfoot oil won't change a thing. Nor will super glue.
Heat will. Clamp it flat and heat at 225 degrees for half an hour and let it cool in the clamp to room temperature.
Make sure your heating process does not produce spikes over 250 F.
The horn will distort where the clamps touch it, so be careful.
Horn doesn't need oils for any reason.
