You could also pick up some Rit dye for around $5-$10 and give it a go.

I wish TKC offered g10 scales for this one. That would be ideal. I like that they offer a variety of color choices.

Brushed on another thick coat of BLO last night before bed, and this is what I wake up to. lol
I give up, not a pricey knife, so I’m done messing with it…dry micarta is not gonna affect its performance.

I wasn’t sure what, if any effects the BLO would have on micarta. I’m gonna give AntDog ‘s advice a try with mineral oil, see what happens.
