What would you do?

I'd contact the authorities and let them handle it. A friend of mine's sister disappeared a couple of years ago. Just disappeared and no one knows what happened to her. I'm sure they would be grateful for anything, so I'd report what you saw.
 
Whether the young lady in question wants to be found or not, she has parents. Just getting word that weeks or months after her dissappearence she was still alive would bring at least a glimmer of hope into their lives.

Ya did the right thing, Cindy. As a LEO, I wish that more people would take the time to get invloved. You have a good heart, Cavelady, follow it, & do what it tells you to do.
