Hard to tell for sure until you can get it apart and check for yourself, but yes, it certainly looks like a possibility. The reason it occurred to me is because it is a bit of a pet peeve of mine, and I cringe at the amount of YouTube dye tutorials that show doing it that way. Granted, many of them are on stainless Spydercos with little to no internal parts; but still, there's a right way to do things, and that ain't it as far as I'm concerned. It's downright idiotic IMO. I'll never understand why some have such an aversion to disassembling a simple object like a screwed together pocket knife, given there are also plenty of YouTube tutorials for pretty much every popular knife out there. Frankly, if they are not competent enough to do that, then I'm not confident they can be trusted with sharp objects in the first place.I work on the road so I had it shipped to someone at home. It's my favorite user so far. I had the first one in my pocket when I was flying concrete so it's got concrete stains all over the scales.AD-20 is a great knife. It's one for the permanent collection.
My knives don't leave my sight unless that damn TSA is involved!Never loan your knives. Especially to a relative.
I don’t care for opening holes, Spyderco being the exception. These peanut shaped ones look tricky to operate, compared to good ole thumb studs. Awesome knife otherwise at a decent price!Whats everyones thoughts on the new opening hole without the thumb lugs? I dont like it at all .......
You use the lock on these knives. If you're not opening a shark lock with the lock you are doing it wrong! The thumb stud can get in your way so the peanut is actually better in theoryI don’t care for opening holes, Spyderco being the exception.
