Funny thing. I dislike most sweets as being ...too sweet. Did not discover really dark chocolate until I was in my 50's. Thought all chocolate was like milk chocolate. Sweet. But anything with that high cocoa percentage - 85+, tastes just great. And bring on those new blades. I was just forced to purchase a non-Bussekin in order to satisfy my demented cravings...;-)

I'm not a big chocolate fan but those dark chocolate oranges you see around Christmas, you give them a whack and they break into wedges and are textured like an orange....Yea those are the best chocolates ever I eat one a year
