Dig, I'm pretty positive some Niigata sakes are available here. I'm going to check the Nippon market we have on Westheimer to make sure. But the one I'm drinking now is definately not available here. My brother says it comes from a local maker who only produces sake for local consumption. I'm gonna get him to send me some Yonezawa beef so I can really enjoy this stuff.
