Got her today. Not too thick, sizing well matched side to side. Love the mark side, the pile side is quite different but adds a lot of character. Nice snap, no wobble, etc.

I really like the Wharncliffe Mini Trappers! So now, the only thing i have on order is a reserve on the Mesquite #23, although I make no guarantees I won't order something else between now and when they drop (try as I might) ...

I won another Case 06247, in what appears to be an evenly matched set of appaloosa bone handles.... in minty shape. I tried to ignore this one, but so did most everyone else, and I got it for a pretty good price... not great, but pretty good. My first one (the nail bender) has a little appaloosa in it on one side, the second was the red one, and now this more consistent appaloosa...I'll have to do a family pic when it arrives.

CRKT S.P.E.W. - so excited about this knife - love the blade shape! And, the price it RIGHT.

I'll probably use it more to open boxes than anything else, but that's ok... we seem to have boxes arriving just about every DAY! (Amazon)

I have a couple coming. I won a 1991 Winchester Doctors knife with some pretty gnarly stag and i have ordered an A. Wright Real Lambfoot in stag from a store in Sheffield.
 
I "had" to do it.
Marbles MR278 "Demo" knife (least expensive Scout/Camp knife I can find. My Scout/Camp/Utility knives are not with me, and I miss having one in my pocket.)
"M1212" (faux/copy) West German Bundeswehr military knife (Cold War era German issue "SAK".)
The one I had seems to be AWOL ... either that I put it where I would be sure to find it. If that is the case, Hades and his brothers and sisters might know where it is, and they ain't tellin'.

They arrived a day early, and went into my pocket. :)

I've got a Case half whittler in black synthetic, and a Schrade 8OT coming. I also ordered a Rough Rider split back whittler in carbon steel, yellow delrin...
...aaaaand a white bone 62 Pocket Carver. Gonna be a busy week..:D
 
I found a pretty roughly used Thiers knife by Chambriard on the big auction site. It should be here on Thursday. I think it will need some TLC, but it was significantly discounted. I haven't had a Thiers in too long.
