Whatcha listnin to oo oo?

I'm a big fan of Jesse Stewart

He had addiction problems and was found dead ..broke living on the streets homeless with his dog

But this guy's soul comes through every song he has.... and everytime I hear him I think to myself "I wish I could help"

yoko yoko I have a childhood friend who has settled into this route. We rose a lot of hell together for a long time. Stabbed me with a knife when we were coming up. Or so he says. I don’t remember it, but it’s brothers for life kind of thing.

I hear from him when he’s in and out of jail. The hospital most recently from living on the street in NC. They weren’t fun pictures he sent me. Don’t speak with him much lately because he’s just taken it too far.

Our Montana upbringings made us resilient and you just can’t knock him down so far.
Lend him money when it’s likely he has no choice but to use it to survive.
I’ll never see the money again but not the point. This man reminds me of him.

I may have missed the rhetoric here, so if I may be so bold knowing little about you; you don’t really help some folks.
The beauty comes from the pain they experience.
Hard to say if they’re addicted to substances, or the access to hard reach places in the spirit and psyche.
I try (and fail frequently) to appreciate what they give/leave behind. Like your boy there…

I'm from LA. seen a bunch concerts in the past, the police, pink Floyd, just to name some! now I love the grateful dead :)

The great Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons. Two things come to mind:

1- Dayum! This song is now 55+ years old and it still easily fits in today's mood in 2023 (the Måneskin kids did a stellar cover IMO).

2- How the heck Frankie never ended up doing (wasn't asked?) any Bond theme songs?!
