You may want to look at an Emerson socfk. I've never actually had one with a tanto blade, but did have a mini spear point and liked it alot. The handle on the mini was very nice and I'm sure the full sized (super) one is pretty good also. Seems to be a straight forward tanto shape which I like too. Last time I looked they were around $139.00 for the mini and $179.00 for the super.
