What's a good wool shirt and jacket?

Those capotes are the bomb. I have four wrapped blankets taking up my closet at home. They're going to my Grandma who has spent 50 years stitching up rendezvous outfits for my late grandfather. I have a few 40, 50 year old sportsman supply mags from his collection with a bunch of old 'wax formed' 4140 traditional bushcrafting blades, tomahawks, capotes etc.

PayetteRucker, Thanks for putting me on to Dale of Norway. I have also been wanting to get away from the synthetics and Goretex. I starting wearing Smart Wool socks a couple of years agao, and now that is all I wear. I had not heard of Dale of Norway, but their gear looks like what I have been wanting. I have caught some of your other posts in some other threads, and you are right on target with the wool. It may weigh a little more than some of the synthetics, but it more than makes up for that in other areas, such as durability.

Now I just have to start saving up for that Knitshell jacket:)
