What's all the hype about the Kershaw-Emerson CQC?

I just did a review on that knife. If your budget is no more than $30 (and allot of folks are these days), I think it's a dang good little knife. Of course, double your budget and you could get a spyderco with better F&F and better steel. Kershaw makes a dang good $60 knife as well.
