Billy [the Kid] and the boys were known as Lincoln County Regulators, or just "Regulators."

The Albany Post Road is part of the road from Garrison to Golden's Bridge, and there was a clue abour delivering the mail.

I don't know what an "Albany Regulator" would be, though.
