Curious about this myself. My HH is .27...hope the E is thinner. Sub .25 would be great, my guess is it will come in at .25.

The HHFSH is just about perfect, at 0.27" with a sabre grind. 0.25" with the sabre would still be very good. Much thinner, and it wont have the heft for chopping.
