What's Coming Nextt?. . . Second Generation Steel Heart E !!!!!!

I know it's a different steel, but with the AK also at $387 I think I'll pass. Looks like it'd be a great all around woods/camp knife though.

Guess I must be the odd one out, I'll take an Ergo SH for 387 any day. No complaints here. I've always wanted to try out the Ergo but they are few and far between, until now.

I was wanting to try the Ergo handle and love new infi coming out, but doesn't seem like a great deal to me either. Some specs similar to TGLB, but no fuller, no LB treatment, no meltdown treatment, same price. Small break on G10, but I prefer micarta usually so no help there either.

I'll just be watching.
My thoughts exactly

I'll hold out for a bigger blade--already have a TGLB and a Hell Razor in that size range. Still, it's a good looking design

"The only bad thing to say about it is that it is nearly impossible to put down!
I took the prototype with me at night and just kept picking it up and putting it down constantly while watching TV with the family.
Drove with it in hand nearly the entire way to work and then took it into my office where I continued to constantly pick it up and put it down.
I know that you have never heard me go on and on about how great a particular knife feels, but this is exceptional!

That is exactly the thing that hooked me. I have plenty of other blades, from carbon v cold steel to EK. Then I got my moss green/black canvas Rodent 6. It is like it wants to be held. The balance and the feel that this will last for ever. We will all be long gone and turned to dust but my Busse's will live on in the hands of my kin. Orders will be given that none of them are to ever be sold and somewhere down the line, one of my children or grandchildren or so on will be holding that blade, feeling the same thing, and will say quietly to themselves...Damn this is a good knife!

With that being said I would also like to ask Jerry a small request...

Slow down, you are killing me. I want one of every Busse you make, just take that as a given. Theres no rush.

Ive got like 8 blades on order and now I want another one!

And If the wife finds out what Ive been up to I'm toast meat. lol

Seriously, thanks for the excellent work.

Never had a busse, not sure of the shape wish there was a better pic !from the web site looks awesome, but checked out images of "steel heart e"and not that sure about the profile esp. for a 400.00 knife (my wife will probably kick my ssa)

This is why the exchange is so active. Most busse nuts go through a binge and purge cycle where they buy too many knives and then sell a few to pay the mortgage. I have 6 blades on order and need to sit this one out. I just have too many 7-8" Busse's already. If it came in around $317 or $327 with micarta, I would have bought one.

I have never had one of these before. So, Black blade with black /tan G10 scales for me! :) Let's not forget a black leather sheath from a certain Mr. Sam Wilson of Wilson custom knives.

I hear you bro. Im good on the bills and such, its just I am not saving anything for a rainy day anymore. But then Again Busse's don't seem to depreciate either.

No way I could pass on my first Ergo. In for 1. Love this size range and INFI. Stoked

Amen brother. That is my exact thoughts. I hope one day for my grandchildren to be commenting on these blades.

It looks nice, but I'll have to pass, I believe I'm well set up with my TGLB and future AK47. Well I know that I'd get murdered if I splurged on another knife, so yeah need to show some restraint and hope you guys get the ones you want.

really genius design , i love this SHE GEN2 from the first sight i saw it .
