What's happening in the David Mary Custom shop?

EDChef sheath has evolved a lot over the years always striving for the right combination of retention and blade clearance. It dawned on me last night I already found a good idea that combined with the extra channel I mold into the sheath for blade clearance will be a perfect option allowing the knife to be a comfortable and convenient high performance tool for the kitchen and out an about whether on the job, on the trail, in and out of vehicles, running, jumping, etc.

Those who partook of the limited LC200N neck knife run a couple years ago will recognize this feature.

Looks like you have a Black Widow in the shop!

Been crazy busy the last couple days, looks like I've missed a lot. Well done.

I like the retention feature. When making sheaths on blades with few retention options I'd make a small indentation with a pencil eraser. It's a great option

Skeeter beater tonight so it's a day and I'll finish tomorrow. Chef, EDChef XL, Fried Liver Attack x 2 and a suretouch necker. All 15N20. Last three unclaimed so far.

Now that he's seen it, you are allowed to as well. :)

Zebrawood scales with G10 double liners and spacers, and a central Suretouch spacer, with my first hybrid fob consisting of two colored cords melted together. Why am I suddenly thirsty for Five Alive?
