Crowned spines.
Crowned ricassos on the EDChefs and TeenyChefs.
Crowned thumb humps on the knives with thumb humps.
Chamfered tubes.

Finishing can start tomorrow.

Thanks. The grooved handles on the EDChefs and TeenyChefs are for not only looks and indexing but sheath retention as well. The handles look simple but they are Grip-Tec™ which is the most brilliant knife handle material I’ve ever heard of.
 
Yes it does. Should mention, I don't typically stock it. Most times I have used it, it's because someone bought it straight from G.L. Hansen and sons and had it sent to me for their order. They have an insanely wide selection.
