3v would be great 😃 but something with more rust resistance than 15n20. Fruits and vegetables are killing me for field use. I took some heavy damage from an orange without thinking about it. Dont get me wrong I love my 15n20 but its not my favorite for actually carrying every day.
 
Also that spear point blue necker you made yourself, the larger belt size looks very promising. I could definitely see the potential in something with a 4" blade 4" handle range. Or just 8" OAL however it works out...

Thread 'EDC Universal 1'

Some may recall the "Bird & Trout" I made a couple years ago, and then the slightly larger "Bird & Shark", both drop points. Well this is a universal blank meant to be able to duplicate that design with, as well as be customizable to any blade shape you desire that can be drawn onto it, which I will cut by hand for you at no extra charge.

400 grit handle finish on these, and 120 grit grinds and edges. Still have to do the orange and blue Prevalinis and the Bolo. Tomorrow. And then I can start sheaths for them and blade and edge finishing after that.

Disclaimer: possible hyperbole
 
My EDChef and TeenyChef knives get special sheath prep so the blade doesn’t get squeezed by the Boltaron and the opening is wide enough to let the blade in unhindered. Lateral groove in the handles get squeezed by the material for retention. Had to make a new one for the OG version of the XL since this is the first one I’m making with this sheath method.
