What's in the Razor Edge video

Does anyone know what's inside the Razor Edge video and also whether if we buy the Razor Edge book we still need to buy the video.

In a similar post yesterday, I suggested what I'll suggest again - if you only want to purchase one or the other, get the video. I learned more about technique, how/why, etc. from that 34 minute video than from any FAQ, book, or postings I've ever read...
