This is an interesting topic.

Lets see...

Front right pocket:
Swiss Army Champ
Butane Lighter
Cellphone, StarTac

Front Left Pocket:
Keys (Mag Micro light on them, which I should get rid of, as it is near worthless except as a backup)
PalLight, blue

Left Rear:
Moneyclip with cash

Right Rear:
Wallet (In wallet a plastic card wrapped with 50 ft of monofilimant line, covered half in aluminum foil, under the line two razor blades and two fishooks; as well as an extra key to house and car)

Small of Back:
either a Spderco Chinook, a MicroTech Mini SOCOM, a MOD Dieter CQD, or a Boker Orion (listed in order of preference), clipped inside pants. Depends on what pants and shirt I'm wearing and where I'm going. I'm still messing with how to carry my Pocket Hobbit, don't really like the breakway sheath, I may add it to rotation at sometime, probably after I get a clip on it and can carry it in my preferred small of back carry.

Wrist:
Beat up old gold Seiko that dad bought in Hong Kong in 1973 that I'm not sure is even real.

Clipped to Shirt:
Fountain Pen, either a Shaeffer Balance II or a Pelican 410

Sometimes:
Bud Nealy Escort, either in neck sheath, boot sheath or inside jacket pocket or Applegate Boot in boot, either/or only when I'm wearing boots or feeling paranoid.

I also have a MountainSmith Daypack I call my kitbag, with lots of other stuff, at a minimum:

Pencase with rest of pens
Extra ink for pens
backup lighter
matches
small first aid kit
Tektite 7 LED flashlight
book (whatever I'm reading)
writing journal
old camilus army issue pocket knife
wine key/bottle opener
water bottle
tarot cards (I'm a bit of a hippie)
teabags, Twinnings, Earl Gray
little camping salt/pepper shaker
camping knife/fork/spoon set

that's my gear. David, greetings from a member of the eagle class of '89!

Be Prepared

Ferrocium rod = metal match - a metallic compound which can be scraped with about any sharp object to produce a spark by which fire can be created. Fire good. Ugh.

Well, I'm back after an extended absense, and the place looks great. Figure this is probably the best place to start posting again, as my daily carry has changed since the last time I was here. ok, here goes..lol. Right front pocket, change, keys, sak and leatherman micra hooked together. BM Darkstar clipped to pocket. Left front pocket, smokes, Nokia cellphone, spyderco Endura II clipped to pocket. right rear pocket, wallet, with assorted licenses, and permits. (very little cash..lol) Waist carry, S&W 686 with a 4 inch barrel. 2 speedloaders, cuffs at the small of my back, surefire 6z, pepper foam, and leatherman wave. Think that's everything for work..lol. Ok, when not at work, the pocket carry stays pretty much the same, but the belt carry gets changed. S&W 3913, or a Sig P228 IWB at my right hip, Keltech p-32 clipped IWB at front of my pants. (yes, I'm very careful when I draw it. :) ) and add an asp 16" baton, and a key defender. whew, I think that's about it. I'm not sure about what the total weight of my usual carry is at the moment, but I know the last time I weighed myself, after I lost my boots and emptied my pockets, I was 15 pounds lighter!!

Kris

Left wrist: watch with spiked leather band
Right wrist: chain bracelets & leather band with hooked spikes
LF Pocket: cash, Bic lighter, chapstick, pen
RF Pocket: 710hs, keys on long chain w/LM Micra, SAK, Mag Solitaire, & Photon II
LR Pocket: G-10 Harpy, notepad & phonebook
RR Pocket: wallet
On Belt left side: horizontal sheath w/LM Supertool, AA Maglight & pen
On Belt right side: D2E Sifu in Sastre sheath horizontal
Left boot (for crossdraw): AFCK
Zippo pocket: Zippo
In Jacket: Marlboros, sunglasses, pad & pen

A store here in Austin stocked the Moleskine ONCE. I had a feeling that they would be short lived, so I went back to buy the rest of what they had, they were sold out. I don't know where else to get them. I would search on www.google.com. That or look on ebay or something. They'll turn up somewhere.

My daily carry stuff are:

Microtech SOCOM MA Tanto or Emerson Commander:D
Protech mini-Tanto OTF or Emerson La Griffe
Spyderco Spydercard
Sebertool M5
SOG SwitchPlier

Omega Speedmaster or Breitling Emergency
Motorola Accompli( PDA cum CellPhone)
Psion 5mx
Cellular Pager
Minox LX(8mm camera)
Garmin GPSMAP 76(when outdoors)
Wallet
Comb
Mont Blanc fountain pen
Radio reciever
Surefire 6Z
;)

Sitting around house:
Rt Front pocket: Spyderco Wegner or CRKT Apache, or Spydie Calypso Jr. Ltwt; pocket rock.
Left front pocket: Paper money clipped w/PECK; change; Spyderco Native Ltwt when long knives on strong side; Goddard Ltwt when carrying Calypso.
ArcLite on neck;
Large Std Sebenza in sheath, belt, to rear of front pocket. Probably will soon add CRKT Companion in Normark sheath
Left rear pocket: handerchief
Right rear pocket: handkerchief; sometimes a folder clipped to it

When I go out:
Carry cane
Add small leather fanny pack w: wallet; checkbook; pen; EDC (may change to Paragee)
WB Long Cut tobacco to left rear
Copenhagen long cut to left rear
Kubotan w/keys to right rear
Sandals

Because medications added over 50 lbs in 6-8 mos and I can't get rid of it, only wear T-shirts -- short or long-sleeved, untucked. Only thing that shows is fanny pack -- sort of, and sandals.

Gotta get little survival kit into fanny pack; must get micro-light of some sort onto Kubotan. Memory probs + great tendency to procrastination means never happens.

By the bye: Does anyone have link to outfit which sells small ferocium rods? Would appreciate it.

Great thread!

Carson M4(right pocket) and Blue BM 940 or AFCK(left pocket)
Surefire E2
SAK on keychain with glowring and occasionally a firestarter
back right pocket -- Wallet (pics, ID, SS card, and tool logic card) and a crkt mil spec m16

You must have huge front pockets. You can fit all that into trousers suitable for the office? Or are you wearing cargo pants?

Well, people have BIG pockets. I've pared it down because of shorts, dress pants, etc:

Right Front
Keys - with red photon, Micra, sometimes MicroTechnician
Knife - now, BM 856 (clipless); or sometimes Wegner Jr (clipless) or Mini Dyad (clipless) in with the rest of the stuff. One knife is enough for me.

Left Front
Wallet - usual stuff, no gadgets

Back Right or Left
EMPTY! I can't stand stuff in my back pockets.

That's it... boring, but I've never needed more, OK, maybe my LM Wave when I'm working outside.

RLR

you can get moleskin notebooks in the Museum Company Store and also in Relaxation Hardware.

2AA Maglight
keys with SOG crossgrip, SAK, photon light
a couple granola bars
