What's in your Pocket (Fiddleback Edition)

Wow Bill that has to be the best looking LoneStar EDC I've ever seen! That's a blueback with green liners?

Thank you sir. If memory serves that is the first Lonestar EDC in blueback, and yes green liners.

I did polish off the patina from the Bushboot after I took that pic though, & the Dragonfly is already on route to a buddy of mine. It's a nice little knife but the ergos just didn't work for me for some reason, I went back to my trusty little Ladybug as a back-up/dirty job knife for now. Keys & wallet & such are usually carried in my coat this time a year so they often get left out of my pocket-dumps.

Hi,
i'm new here, from Italy.
I love knives, watches and flashlights.
I start post these teams...

GB, who makes the Orange light?

That's the L10C from L3 Illumination, I specifically bought it so I'd have something that matches the orange pinstripes on my Bushboot :D

Mine is a 4 mode Nichia version. I really like it a lot but I heard there were some problems with sticky switches recently. Might be a good idea to ask them to check it before they ship it to you if you decide to get one ;)

There's a twisty version as well by the way. It's a bit shorter then the rear-clicky, but the clip they sell for it pretty much sucks.

Nice dump Will. I'm glad you're liking the Esquire for EDC. It's been mine this week as well.

GB, I like the orange! Good set of tools there.

Switched things up a little for church today. The HB is typically my Sunday blade. I'll be back to the Esquire tomorrow.

New EDC for the week. Patch in RLO, Spyderco Balance, Olight i3S, Leatherman Micra and breaking in a new Saddleback ID Wallet.

I forgot to include the watch & Zippo though, oh well..

A new patina is starting to form on my beloved Bushboot by the way, mostly from cutting my diners (post cooking) this time.

Thurin; that Spydie in your last pics looks pretty cool, gonna look in to that one in a minute.

Still loving that HB

Good looking setup there GB. Purdy BB. Cool scope.

The balance is a nice little (and I mean little) blade. Goes in the watch pocket and gets used a ton. Already used it a couple times this morning opening up boxes.

Thurin, that's a mighty fine lookin little Northfield ya got there!

You know it Edge! Thanks for passing it along to me brother.

Thanks

I got the little Brunton from a buddy from the US. They're sold here as well under the Silva brand-name but those cost 2 to 3 times as much oddly enough. It's not a great scope but it does the job in a pinch. I like it mostly for it's size and (lack of) weight which allows it to live in my coat pocket so I always have it handy. I used to carry a small pair of binoculars in my EDC-bag but I didn't use them that often because they were a bit of a hassle to get out of the bag and it's own little storage-pouch.

I looked up some reviews of the Balance. It seems like a great little knife, but it's a little too pricey for me I'm afraid, haha. I think I'm gonna get a Ladybug Salt Hawkbil instead & do a blade-swap with my own Ladybug (I'm not a big fan of the yellow handle on the salt).

How are you liking the Runt for EDC so far Kris?

That Esquire is a nice one Nut. Good set of tools there. Reminds me. I need to get some bear spray.

CPM 154 Runt, Galaxy S5 in an Otterbox, 'granny' gum, pen, WAS Minuteman in a ISP sheath, CVPI key w/monkey fist, and a Saddleback wallet.
