What's in your pocket?

I ended up with a 298 with 154 CM steel. .but only cut some homemade candy our bass player brought to rehearsal. .

Doc, I usually carry a 110 everyday at work on my belt. The catch is, I'm a teacher. No one has ever mentioned it if they noticed except the ones that ask to borrow it but it does help that I'm a shop teacher.

Soooo... I guess the answer is no for me.

Just my little nano bantam. It's already opened a pack of bacon, cut breakfast sandwichs in half and cut twine on a couple hay bales this morning and we're not even at 10:00am yet :).

I'm cobbling together a sheath to carry the AG 110 I got from MT_Pokt a few weeks ago. His lanyard loop doesn't allow the AG to be in it's regular sheath. It's not finished and is a trial run. I'm not a skilled leathercrafter and will probably send it to Makael to get a nicely finished one, if I decided that this is for me. Preston

Lookin good. Have you ever thought about just cutting the top off of a standard sheath? That idea has been in the back of my mind for a while. There are also lots of 1911 mag holders out there that hold a 110 nicely.

Here's the deal, I had my right shoulder replaced last year. Doing good except I have some motion restriction that I have yet to over come, makes it difficult to draw the 110 from the regular flap sheath or the open topped one. It rides to high for me to do that comfortably. So my thought was to make the belt loop higher, thus making the knife in the sheath lower. That is the premise that I'm using on this sheath and it does make it easier. I'm living with it for a few days...through Christmas/New Years. Preston

Do any of you ever feel you carry too much knife? I have felt that way and that is why I went back to smaller knives.

Absolutely!

I almost always have too much knife with me. It’s a hindsight issue though... I never know it’s too much knife until after I don’t need it. :)

I used to carry a 110 on my belt but now it has been replaced by a 110 auto. I also carry a half sized 110 in my pocket. (If you are numerically challenged like me it's a Buck 55.)

I have two 110’s. 1 I keep in my truck. The other I keep near me when at home. My EDC is a Buck 55. I must be discreet when using it around people. I’ve given up explaining how handy it is having a pocket knife.

Today it's a barehead LE 110 w/ Black G10, brushed NS bolsters, 440C blade, pocket clip and quick thumb-stud.

Wife bought me a stag 112 ranger at a knife store yesterday while we were Christmas shopping, so that. Every time I feel over knifed something usually happens in the news and I go back to a bigger knife again.

If you take that to a belt sander and sand the edges smooth and uniform, then dampen the end grain and burnish with something hard, it will look pretty respectable.
