I carry the same stuff every day.
Left Front- DROID MAXX
Right Front- Either Delica 4 or ZT 0200
Left Rear- Empty
Right Rear - Wallet.
My keys are on a ring on a beltloop so they dont stab me in my pockets. Unless I ride my Motorcycle where I just throw the key in any pocket.
 
Out and about:

Right front - keys with Amsler ti kiridashi
Back right - saddleback ID wallet
IWB - H&k P2000sk
On WB - Samsung Galaxy S3 in Otterbox

Sitting at home:

Phone and Victorinox Spartan in pouch on belt. Fixed knife, wallet and co in another pouch attached to a different belt sitting next to me.

Left Front: Keys w/CPR mask keychain, Camilius Electrician Knife

Right Front: Smart Phone

Right Rear: 1776 Model "Dollar Wallet"

Left Rear: Handkerchief

Right Cargo: Maglite XL50

Belt: Work Keys/Spare Keys and a pager (cause I live in 1994)
 
When I emptied them a few hours ago:

Left front - cell phone and 5.11 Tarani Investigator while at work, switched to a Gerber Air Ranger at home . . . which I've decided will not be part of EDC rotation.
Right back - wallet

Hopefully I'll get my ccw in a few months, then I'll be packin something small. Maybe a Walther PPS 9, or a small Para Ord .45 subcompact.
