This is my set up pretty much everyday, the only thing that changes is the knife. I could never get used to carrying it in my front pocket, so it's usually either IWB or in the right back pocket and pushed all the way to the outside so it's not uncomfortable

Left front- keys
Left rear- wallet
Right front- iPhone
Right rear- spydie chaparral (just got it, and I'm loving it)
If I'm around the house, I'll usually also have my esee 4 IWB at around 4 o'clock

Right now I'm on the sofa watching TV. I come home from work, take off my work clothes and put on some comfortable shorts. The only thing in my pockets is a cheap River Rock AAA LED flashlight. I always carry a flashlight around my new house so I don't run into things in the dark late at night. Stupid me, I'm not in the habit of carrying a knife in my shorts while I sit around the house and sometimes I regret it. It's not like I don't have any extra knives to carry.
