Since we are in storm warning I am carrying things in my pockets I don't normally around inside the house. It got me to thinking about all those threads I used to see about what we are carrying at that moment. I am carrying these even with my PJs on.:D

This is what I carry daily for work and such.

I am hoping to add a K&M Matchcase and another Strike Force after Christmas.

What do you carry?

Right now. A Fenix p-1 d and a Microtech LCC . For work it'll be the same, with a Leatherman Charge , Spec Ops the wallet. Plus the edc bag of evil.

I'm still in my pj's right now and I have my BM 530 clipped inside my waistband. I know my way around the house in the dark, and keep a Brunton LED lantern in an easily accessible spot.

this has been my EDC for the last few weeks, i just dumped it on the counter out of my pockets (there is a fresnel lense in the wallet):

the little gerber LED light has been really handy and i use it surprisingly frequently. now that i think of it, about half of my EDC was given to me...the Case, the flashlight, and the fresnel lense were gifts from kind forum members.

river rock flashligh
morse code zippo

I have been carrying Vic Farmer, bic lighter, LMF scout, even some pjcb's in a chapstick.

The other day when I went for my lil walk in the snow, I dropped the bic lighter as I went to lite up a smoke. Needless to say, the bic wouldn't spark. I was able to hold the lil ferro rod and bic together. I sparked the rod and was able to get the bic to light. I was able to lite my smoke, which ended my survival situation.

I say, carry the a lil ferro rod as well as the bic!

I'm over in North Bend and we had the Surefires in our pockets last night.

Here is whats in my pockets right now:
Fenix P1DCE, Fenix TK11, Emerson CQC11 Utcom folder, Handley Bladesmiths TAC EDC fixed blade, Burts Bees lip balm, keys, spare RCR123A battery in Tylenol "spares" carrier.

My EDC:

Key ring with:
Lighthounds.com micro LED
Small firesteel
Spy capsule with 3 days meds, red
SAK Classic with red scales
Letherman Micra with red scales
Mini aluminum whistle, also red
Scripto electronic lighter

CRKT Crawford/Casper small with partially serrated black blade. I got it for $12 on a closeout and it makes a nice work/carry knife that I won't cry over if broken or lost. Alternated with a RAT 1 Folder or a Boker Trance as the mood strikes me.

Leatherman Skeletool CX in a belt sheath.

Samsung Edge Quad-band SGH-A437 cellular phone with camera. Hauled in a Mountainsmith belt case.

Brunton zipper-pull compass on my everyday work coat-- a Columbia "city Trek" shelled fleece this time of year.

My work/commute/bug-out bag has a smallish survival kit, camera, radio/mp3 player, flashlight, Leatherman Wave and bits, water, lunch, hat gloves, emergency poncho, sunglasses, spare readers, quarters, etc.

No fancy picture, but I have a Surefire P6 LED, Zippo, stage Case swell center jack, Victorinox pocket watch, Victorinox alox cadet, and some cash. Joe

Fenix E01, Benchmade 705, CountyComm Micro widgy, keys on a glowring and the change my daughters left when they hit my pockets this a.m.

I also carry a K&M match case any time I leave my vehicle.
